Grace Kelly became well known when she starred in the 1953 film Mogambo, for which she earned a nomination for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. She also worked with Alfred Hitchcock on three films. She later became the Princess of Monaco in 1956 after marrying Prince Rainier III.

She released solo music that became very successful in the 1970’s and 80’s. She is an animal’s rights and environmental activist.
