Everyone could see how well the pair worked together on set, and even if people didn’t say anything, they definitely saw a strong connection between the two. It translated perfectly onto the screen, which made for an awesome movie. It wouldn’t take long for the pair to start dating outside of the industry, and things started to get very serious very fast. However, it was a weird thing, trying to keep your private life hidden from the world.

Elliot and Ross were obviously asked about their relationship on numerous occasions. Everyone loved the pair, and they wanted to know everything about them! Elliot would eventually admit that he had been totally smitten by the women from the moment they met on the set of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. He noticed how hard she worked on her craft, and she commanded attention in the room even with all of the men surrounding her.
