Meeting Hannah
Only a few short hours after getting the phone call from the caseworker, Hannah was dropped off with Katie. She was immediately smitten with Hannah, but she knew that she needed to do what was best for Grayson. Even so, she could not give up the idea of taking Hannah permanently. Once Hannah was brought to her, Katie instantly began to notice similarities between Hannah and Grayson. Not only had both of them been abandoned by a drug-addicted birth mother, but she also noticed that the mother’s first name on Hannah’s paperwork was the same as Grayson’s. The two even shared the same birth week, though a different day.
