Police officers surrounded the cabin at night, preparing to deal with a dangerous confrontation. In fact, Detective Carter and Jane were there, but they were cautious. She called to Emily, asking her to come out and surrender.

Moments later, Emily came out of the cabin, and her eyes held fear and desperation. Without warning, she lunged at Jane, and Detective Carter saw the knife in her hand. Luckily, he was quick enough to stop her.
