In 2007 Mayte would become a reporter for News Televisa Monterrey. This would result in her leaving behind her aspirations for a music career, and she would pursue a career on T.V. Since becoming a meteorologist for a local news station, Mayte has been compared to fellow Mexican meteorologist, Yanet Garcia. She has over 700,000 Instagram followers, where she posts images of her family, nieces, and her on-going projects.

California native, Sabrina Fein was born and raised in San Diego. After high school, Sabrina moved to Florida to attend the University of Miami, where she majored in Meteorology and Climatology. What could inspire this future weather girl? The 1992 coverage of Hurricane Andrew sparked an interest and passion that just stuck. She has gone on to work in Springfield, Missouri and Lubbock, Texas. Not long afterwards, it seems the West would draw Sabrina back where she would be the evening weather girl for San Diego 6 News.
