Where Are They Now?   

Lissette obtained a degree as a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist from Mississippi State; she also earned the National Weather Association Television Weathercaster Seal of Approval. In 2013, Lissette received the title of “Best Meteorologist” by the Miami New Times. Lissette is a Jane of all trades as she has reported on news, entertainment and hosted award shows.

Elita Loresca

Filipino-American Elita Loresca is a triple threat with brains, beauty and humor. Currently a meteorologist for KTRK-TV in Houston, she is a seasoned broadcaster. Before she got her big break, Elita worked as a news associate for KCBS in Los Angeles. From 2001 and 2002, she took the role of weather anchor for KGET-TV in Bakersfield, California, for their noon segment. She went on to move to Fresno and worked for KPGE-TV. There, she covered some of the most epic hurricanes of late, including Katrina, Rita and Wilma.
