Courteney Was Left Out
Friends was both a commercial and critical hit show. In fact, nearly all the main members of the cast were awarded with at least one Emmy nomination. However, unfortunately, Courteney Cox is the only one of the friends who was not nominated for an Emmy award for her work as Monica Geller.

Rachel’s Sisters
In season 9, we are introduced to Rachel’s sister Amy, played by Christina Applegate. We had previously seen her sister Jill, who was played by Reese Witherspoon. It has been reported that Applegate was cast after Reese was not available to reprise her role as Rachel’s sister. Applegate even won an Emmy award for her role as Amy!
