When Luke was working on building the house, news spread quickly around his small town, which has a population of around 58,000 people. A lot of people were asking him endless questions about the project, and so he decided to launch a YouTube channel in order to post about the tiny house. This is how the media eventually got wind of the project.

As he was doing his research, Luke noticed something interesting. He shared: “I couldn’t find anyone younger than 14. I thought if no one is out there, I might as well do it so I started documenting the whole process and putting it on YouTube.”
