Meritamun
Meritamun was the daughter and later Great Royal Wife of Pharaoh Ramesses the Great. Her mother was Queen Nefertari. She was buried in the Valley of the Queens. Her sarcophagus can now be found in Berlin.
What Meritamun Really Looked Like
Researchers used the remains of her skull in order to recreate a realistic bust of her face. Experts estimate that she died between the ages of 18 and 25. They were also able to identify tooth decay, which could have been caused by having a sweet tooth. Alexander III did bring candies to Egypt around the time she ruled.
