A Different Look
In the book, Ron Weasley is described as “tall, thin and gangling, with freckles, big hands and feet, and a long nose.” While Rupert Grint was a great choice for Ron, his look was a bit different than the one described in the books. He also doesn’t have blue eyes, but we love Rupert so much we’re willing to overlook those details.

While filming the scene where the Ford Anglia was completely beat up by the Whomping Willow in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, the crew had to actually destroy 14 different Ford Anglia cars until they got the perfect shot.
