A Bolide of Birds
Over the waters of Newfoundland, Canada, this photo was captured by a drone following the fishing boat as it makes its way across the water. Trailing the boat is a flock of seagulls looking for a catch for themselves. A hiker treading the East Coast Trail, a trail founded in 1994 that sweeps through the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, decided to make the brilliant decision to take out his drone and snap a photo of whatever he could find among the water.

Painting Trails in the Sand
Using the ever-popular Phantom 4, a scene of camels is captured walking through sand dunes in Saudi Arabia. Their shadows are haphazard and chaotic against the backdrop of sand, casts a sense of mystery. The photo was taken by Abdullah Alnassar. It creates a calmness as well as a sense of urgency. Where the camels are headed is unknown, most likely a group of migrators looking for a fresh source of water to shield themselves from the heat of the desert.
